WOUND MANAGEMENT–WOUND CLOSURE
WOUND CLOSURE DEVICE
The new approach in
Non-invasive wound closure
An innovative, non‑invasive device designed for fast and safe closure, stabilization, and support of incisions, wounds, and lacerations. It addresses the limitations of conventional suturing and stapling technologies, delivering the effectiveness of sutures at the speed of stapling – saving valuable OR time, reducing related costs, and lowering staff workload. The device eliminates the need to pierce healthy, intact tissue and leaves no foreign bodies at the wound site, significantly reducing the risk of infection. It protects the wound, supports the healing process, and contributes to improved cosmetic outcomes, including reduced scarring. Extremely user‑friendly and safe, it can be applied quickly and easily, minimizing the risk of needle‑related injuries. It enhances patient comfort and satisfaction by reducing pain, shortening healing time, and improving aesthetic results. Ideal for a wide range of applications – from emergency situations to final skin closure in the operating room – it can also serve as a temporary closure when additional treatment is required, as it can be removed effortlessly without damaging the wound.

ADVANCED HYBRID WOUND DRESSINGS
New hybrid wound dressing
Polyurethane foam dressing
+ Sodium alginate + Silicone
Self‑adhesive polyurethane foam dressing featuring a perforated, soft silicone wound-contact layer designed to minimize irritation. Therasorb®AD combines the benefits of a moist‑environment foam dressing with the hemostatic and absorptive properties of an alginate dressing, promoting faster wound healing without scab formation. The soft, breathable foam maintains an optimal moist environment and cushions the wound for added protection. The alginate component supports hemostasis, enhances absorption, and forms a protective barrier. Therasorb®AD adheres securely to the surrounding skin while releasing gently from the wound bed, enabling painless removal and preventing secondary trauma. Its atraumatic removal preserves newly formed granulation tissue, helping reduce healing time and patient discomfort. Highly flexible, it conforms easily to contoured areas and regions with significant movement. It maintains adhesiveness and mechanical integrity even after absorbing exudate. Unlike many alginate dressings, Therasorb®AD leaves no residue and can be replaced effortlessly. Applications: burns, ulcers, pressure sores, surgical wounds, donor sites, diabetic foot lesions, and more.
